We had to do this session in two parts. The first half of the session was done at Cattle Call with Chelsey’s horse. It was a very windy day and despite the weather not being in our favor we managed to get some great photos. We decided to go out again a few days later to get some more pictures at Bakers Lake. I was so in love with Chelsey’s peacock romper! The colors stood out so beautifully and Chelsey was such a natural to photograph. She is so poised and has such a beautiful smile. We had such a great time and I loved spending such a special moment with her.
Chelsey is another very special girl in my families life. For a brief time while we were remodeling our home, we were neighbors with her family and a wonderful friendship began between our families. She began babysitting for me 4 years ago, and soon became a tutor and after school helper with my little ones every day. We watched her chase her dream of becoming our towns Cattle Call Queen to then transitioning to becoming a young adult. She has the kindest soul and is the most polite girl I have ever met. She is going to go so far in life because she is so smart, so respectful and so determined. As much as the kids and I will definitely miss Chelsey, we are so proud of the woman she is becoming and we will be cheering her on as she continues to chase her dreams.
